Flooring Resources Corporation was honored with a Fuse Alliance Spark Award at the 2024 conference in Phoenix! The Most Aggressive Timeline Spark Award recognizes the most successful installation completed under a short and demanding timeline.
The winning installation was for the massive Chicago Merchandise Mart, one of the world's largest office buildings!

- Heavy Traffic: Working around other trades in a bustling commercial environment.
- Tight Timeframe: Completed the project in just 2 weeks!
- Unexpected Hurdle: Overcame a flood during installation.
- Massive Scale: Installed more than 12,000 square feet of PLAE Fitness Flooring, a complex 4-layer system.
- Logistical Feat: Managed 15+ full truckload deliveries because of the material's size and weight - sometimes delivering three truckloads per day!
- Top Quality Materials: Used more than 1,600 LF of Johnsonite by Tarkett base, MAPEI, and XL Brands products, along with more than 1,200 square yards of Interface carpet tiles in the 2nd-floor conference and tenant lounge.
